Tour description It is an adventure through the Sacred Valley of the Incas and all its places Valle Lares – Ollantaytambo – Machupicchu.
Day 1: Cusco – Calca – Lares Thermal Baths – Cachin
Very early we pick you up from your hotel in Cusco to start our adventure crossing the Sacred Valley of the Incas, we arrive at the medicinal thermal baths of Lares, upon arrival we take a healthy and refreshing bath, after lunch we start our walk until we arrive at our camp. after 2 hours.
Day 2: Cachin – Qelqanta
Road to the Lares ValleyContinuing the walk through the valley, we arrive at the community of Huacawasi, where some of the finest fabrics in Peru are produced. Passing the village we ascend to the Condor pass, at 4100m. Approximately, from this point we appreciate one of the best views of the snowy Verónica, then we descend gently until we arrive at Qelqanta, our second camp.
Day 3: Qelqanta – Patacancha – Willoc – Pumamarka – Ollantaytambo – Aguas Calientes
We begin to descend to a native community called Willoc, where we have lunch, and after 2 hours of walking we will arrive at Pumamarka, to appreciate the famous Inca terraces, finally we arrive at Ollantaytambo, located on the banks of the Vilcanota river, a fertile valley, this village Ancient Inca is considered one of the most important living museums in the world. This is a perfect place to appreciate the archaeological remains in all its extension and a wide variety of species of flowers and birds. In the afternoon we take the train from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes and spend the night in Aguas Calientes in a basic lodging.
Day 4: Aguas Calientes – Machupicchu – Cusco
After early breakfast, we go up by bus to the sanctuary of Machupicchu, we begin our guided tour of the entire sanctuary, and after a free time we return to the city of Cusco by train.
